Once your returned item has been successfully picked up and passes our quality check at the Artezo warehouse, we will initiate your refund.

Refund Timelines

Note: Refund initiation may be delayed based on courier delivery timelines. Refunds are only initiated after the returned product is received and passes inspection.

In case of any discrepancies or delays, we may request a screenshot of your bank statement to verify the issue.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Artezo, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange window from the date of delivery — no questions asked. We simply request that returned items are unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Return Options

  • Pick-Up Service: Available in most pin codes. You’ll see the option when submitting your return request or our customer care can help arrange it.
  • Self-Ship: If pick-up isn’t available in your area, you can self-ship the product to our warehouse. Contact us for the address.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Products above ₹5,000: Return shipping fee = 10% of MRP
  • Products below ₹5,000: Flat return fee = ₹500

These charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Mandatory Return Condition

  • Please take photos and a video of the packed item before handing it over to our courier.
  • Share the images with us via email or WhatsApp for verification and claim processing.

Important Notes

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with photos of the broken item and packaging.
  • Non-returnable Products: GoCo Gear items and “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return, exchange, or repair due to hygiene and clearance terms.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been packed or shipped — whether it’s a regular or sale item.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Artezo account.
  2. Go to Order History.
  3. Select “Edit or Cancel Order” next to the item you wish to cancel.

Refund on Cancellation

  • If payment was made online (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is necessary, as the order wasn’t prepaid.

Change Shipping Address

You may update your shipping address before the order is packed, by editing the order in your Order History section.
