Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

At Fablecasa, we’re committed to delivering your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Charges: As a special introductory offer, we offer free standard shipping on all orders placed via artezo.in
  • Delivery Timelines: Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping Partners: We ship through reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, ATS, and other trusted partners.

Order Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, lost in transit, or undelivered due to courier-related issues, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees (if applicable).
  • For returned orders, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, as detailed in our Return Policy.

Fair Usage Policy

While we strive to offer a flexible return experience, repeated misuse impacts operations and service quality.

Accounts that demonstrate excessive returns or refusal of shipments may be subject to:

  • A Rs. 149 delivery charge on all future orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) being disabled for the account.

We enforce this to ensure a fair shopping experience for all our valued customers.


Order Tracking

To check the status of your order:

  1. Log in to your Artezo account.
  2. Go to the “My Orders” section.
  3. Click “Select” on the relevant order.
  4. Then you see the latest delivery updates.

Partial Deliveries, Tampered Packages, or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • An incomplete order
  • A tampered package
  • A void/empty shipment

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Delayed claims may not be accepted.

What to Do:

  1. Do not use the item in question.
  2. Contact our support team immediately.
  3. Provide:
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Clear photos of the external packaging (all sides) and any damaged or missing contents.

Important Notes:

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may be rejected.
  • Keep the original packaging intact for 3–4 days after delivery (we may request it for inspection).
  • Refunds for such cases will be processed only after a thorough investigation.
  • Claims will not be processed if:
    • Packaging images are not shared.
    • The product was used.
    • Packaging was discarded prematurely.
